Ministry was started in Sikkim in 1983 and was initiated by Rev. K. Satinvela and Rev. Lerthansung. A church was established in the capital city of Gangtok

Ministry was started in Sikkim in 1983 and was initiated by Rev. K. Satinvela and Rev. Lerthansung. A church was established in the capital city of Gangtok.

Ministry in Bengal was started in 1979. Pastor Christopher and his team joined the UPC, and the church began to be established. With the ministry of Pastor G.B. Rai, a church was also established in Darjeeling.

Now after some years, the North Bengal and Sikkim region have been combined into one field and is now known as the ‘North Bengal and Sikkim Mission Field’.
